At age five he began taking piano lessons and, since then, he has studied the trumpet, trombone, baritone, guitar, voice, electric bass, orchestral conducting, and of course, the French horn. David also works as a recording engineer and produced several independent albums in and around his home town of Salt Lake City, Utah. David has performed with many groups including the Plymouth Philharmonic, Boston Civic Symphony, Longy Conservatory Orchestra, Mercury Orchestra, Lowell House Opera, the Boston University Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble, and the 2002 Winter Olympic Spirit Marching Band.
David lives in East Cambridge, MA with Shannon, his lovely and supportive wife, and their two cats, Maggie and Sybella.
