Semi-Annual Call for Scores

Deadline: March 4, 2012

  • Music written by composers age 35 or under on January 1 of the present year.
  • Compositions may be for any instrumentation or length (from solo to full ensemble) that draw upon the Juventas core instrumentation: flute (including piccolo & alto flute), clarinet (including Eb, Bb, and bass clarinet), violin, viola, cello, piano, percussion.   
  • For 2012-2013, we are particularly interested in works related to Shakespeare, works draw on early music as an influence, and compositions that include a choral ensemble.
