Since its founding in 2005, Juventas has performed the work of over 80 composers in exhilarating concerts that showcase the diversity of contemporary music. From lyrical melodies to recorded sounds from outer space, Juventas performances are a tour de force through the most engaging music of a new generation. With over 40 concerts under its belt, the ensemble has steadily gained recognition. The Boston Globe has four times featured Juventas as a “Classical Music Pick,” and the group has been invited to a wide range of events, including the Art Fair of Boston and a global summit for Images and Voices of Hope in New York. Highlights of the 09-10 season include Juventas’ first ever club concert at the Middle East, a performance at the Boston Athenaeum, the third annual Opera Project and residencies at the Boston Conservatory and Middlebury College.
